Theatre Manager | Cambridge | Full Time 37.5 | Permanant Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Theatre Manager to lead out dedicated perioperative team. This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for a dynamic individual who is passionate about clinical excellence, staff development, and delivering outstanding patient care in a state of the art surgical environment. Duties & Responsibilities: As the Theatre Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational and clinical management of our theatre department, which covers a broad range of surgical specialities including orthopaedics, general surgery, gynaecology, ENT, urology and more. • Operating Department Practice BSc (Hons) or BSc (Hons) in Nursing (Bachelor of Science with Honours)

Experience

Essential

• Significant experience in a theatre setting, including senior/team leadership
