Main duties of the job

- Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the theatre team, driving high performance and best practice - Oversee the day-to-day management and smooth running of the theatre suite - Ensure safe staffing levels, effective resource utilisation, and compliance with clinical governance standards - Collaborate closing with consultants, Anaesthetists and senior hospital managers - Support continuous professional development and create a culture of learning and accountability - Lead on infection control, health and safety and CQC standards within the theatre environment

Theatre Manager | Cambridge | Full Time 37.5 | Permanant Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Theatre Manager to lead out dedicated perioperative team. This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for a dynamic individual who is passionate about clinical excellence, staff development, and delivering outstanding patient care in a state of the art surgical environment. Duties & Responsibilities: As the Theatre Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational and clinical management of our theatre department, which covers a broad range of surgical specialities including orthopaedics, general surgery, gynaecology, ENT, urology and more.
