Pre-Assessment Nurse/Essex/Days Only 07:30-20:00 Monday-Friday/ Full Time/ Permanent Spire Hartswood Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Assessment Nurse to join the team on a Full Time Permanent basis. Spire Hartswood Hospital is a 49 bed hospital with 4 theatres and offers a comprehensive range of services and facilities. Duties and responsibilities: To develop and review new patient processes. To ensure that clinical risk assessment is performed in line with the Spire Healthcare assessment process prior to admission and the information is used pro-actively.
