Healthcare Assistant | The Montefiore | Private Hospital | Hove | Part Time 22.5hrs pw | Permanent

The Montefiore Private Hospital are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated ward and day care team. As a leading private healthcare provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and professional environment.

Main duties of the job

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting our ward and day care team in the provision of exemplary patient care
  • Contributing to the support and monitoring of patients
  • Identifying and reporting any significant changes that might affect the patients health and well-being to the appropriate person
  • Assisting with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies

Who we're looking for:

  • Previous experience of working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in the following: ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures and patient observations

Working Hours:22.5 hrs per week-Monday - Sunday, fully flexible and able to work long shifts both days and nights 7:00 -19:30 and 19:30 - 07:00

Contract Type:Permanent - Part Time
