Job summary
We are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at Chiltern House Medical Centre on a part-time basis. This flexible role is ideal for a nurse seeking a better work-life balance while continuing to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. The successful candidate will work as part of our multidisciplinary team to provide a wide range of clinical services and actively contribute to the health and wellbeing of our local patient population.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for delivering a broad range of nursing services as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on health promotion, chronic disease management, and preventative care. The role includes providing routine treatment, supporting well woman and well man clinics, administering vaccinations, and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
