Breast Radiology Consultant

Job summary

Medinet is seeking experienced Breast Radiology Consultants to support services at Wycombe General Hospital under Buckinghamshire NHS Trust. The role involves delivering high-quality breast imaging services across screening and symptomatic pathways.

Main duties of the job

• Conduct two clinics per day, comprising:
  • Morning list: One-stop breast clinic with approximately 12 patients
  • Afternoon clinic: Free-booked ultrasound sessions with 810 patients, depending on complexity
• Provide expert interpretation of breast imaging including mammography, ultrasound, and MRI (if applicable)
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions as required
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in line with NHS standards
• Attend a paid on-site induction and training session
