Job summary

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and organised Communication and Engagement Officer to support our internal and external communications. You will play a key role in shaping Coventry & Rugby GP Alliances voice across digital platforms, media, and stakeholder channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling, digital engagement, and making complex information accessible and impactful.

This role will suit someone with a positive "can-do attitude. They must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task on a variety of responsibilities.

The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential to the role.

Main duties of the job

Support content management and creation across CRGPA digital platforms, social media and newsletters promoting CRGPAs brand and key messages.

Develop tailored & engaging project communications and marketing materials for CRGPA by applying best practice in communications to strengthen internal and external communication, while contributing to CRGPAs growth and brand development

Manage internal communications, responding to any incoming enquiries and supporting staff and stakeholder engagement.

Support senior leadership in communicating CRGPA news, achievements, initiatives and services developments across appropriate channels ensuring messages are received by relevant audiences.

Using Canva and other software to create professional marketing materials, liaising with suppliers for printing and merchandise needs.

Assist with planning and delivery of quarterly company meetings and events organised by senior leadership teams, including identifying suitable venues, catering and setting agendas.

Demonstrate initiative and self motivation by independently managing workload, setting properties effective and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

Manage and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, partners and staff, adhering to the principles of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
