fill the role of Training Project Manager.
The Training Project Manager plays a vital role as part of
a busy team and in this position, will support us with achieving our goals,
while also contributing to the overall success of our organisation. In this
role, you will support the delivery of training programmes in partnership with
the Training Hub & Non-Clinical leads, focusing on local priorities such as
Practice Manager development, Training Needs Analysis,Coventry and
Warwickshire ICB-funded initiatives.
Coventry and Warwickshire Training Hub was established in October 2020. The
Training Hub delivers NHSE Workforce Training and Education, and Coventry and
Warwickshire Integrated Commissioning Board commissioned objectives, to all
four places in our system. We work in partnership with several stakeholders
including our ICB, Integrated Care System, general practice and local Higher
Education Institutes to support workforce planning and wellbeing.

Main duties of the job
Facilitate programme delivery with Training
Hub and Non Clinicalleads, in relation to local priorities such as, but not
restricted to:
-Practice Manager development
- Training delivery identified by Training Needs
Analysis
- Coventry and Warwickshire ICB funded
programmes
Responsible for working alongside Non Clinical
leads to identify and assess current and future training needs through Training
Needs Analysis.
Plan, scope and facilitate the smooth running
of f2f events, to support various initiatives, including but not limited to
booking venues, negotiating contracts, arranging catering and providing event
support.
Provide admin support to Non Clinical leads in
order to arrange events to include diary management, liaising with speakers
sourced by the relevant leads, overseeing registration and booking processes, evaluation
and compiling reports, as required.
Deliver Coventry and Warwickshire ICB funded
projects to support training and education across Coventry & Warwick.
Responsible for Non Clinical budget, while
assisting in the creation of finance processes and facilitate ongoing
administration, invoice handling, maintain trackers and approval of
invoices.
Responsible
for ensuring the Non Clinical leads are supported and all the TH working
practices and policies are followed.
To support the Quality Assurance Muti-Disciplinary
Assessment Team (MDAT).
