Job summary

The post holder will have responsibility for supporting the Training Hub Leadership Team with all administrative tasks relating to the delivery of the Training Hub programme. The post holderwill work with the Training Hub Leads, and the Training Hub Clinical Leadership Team.

The post-holder will be responsible for supporting the Training Hub Leadership Team in delivering its objectives and putting in place the processes it requires for excellence in the delivery of the Training Hub work commissioned by HEE and the ICB.

Main duties of the job

The following are the core responsibilities of the TH Administrator, including but not limited to:

  • Admin support for the Training Hub management and Clinical Leadership Team
  • Admin/project management for identified core workstreams, e.g. GP, Nursing, Non-clinical etc.
  • Support to the Training Hub Board, including preparation of agendas, presentations and action logs;
  • Support with regular Operations group meetings, including agendas, dashboards, work programmes;
  • Support the Clinical and Nurse Leads with diary management and meeting arrangements;
  • Support training hub colleagues and practices with training offers
  • Attend occasional local meetings to cover for colleagues as required
  • Send regular communication updates to stakeholders and workforce groups
  • Prepare and respond to reporting requirements from HEE, ICB and NHSE as required
  • Maintain up to date contacts and distribution lists for practices and individuals
  • Cross cover administratively for Administrator and Project Manager during annual leave and absence

About us

Coventry and Warwickshire Training Hub (CWTH) was established in October 2020 as the two existing training hubs were aligned. The Training Hub delivers its Health Education England commissioned core aims to all four places in our system. These aims include supporting recruitment and retention of primary care workforce, placement capacity and quality and embedding of the additional roles. We work in partnership with several stakeholders including our CCG and Health Care Partnership to also support workforce planning and delivery.

  • Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services and initiatives to provide project, information and analytical support

Financial and Physical Resources

  • The post holder will have responsibility for working with the Finance Team to manage the payment and processing of invoices. They will be expected to establish processes for managing this.
  • The post holder will be responsible for tracking expenditure against set budgets and flagging when budgets are close to maximum spend
