We are looking for a Healthier Slough Engagement and Delivery Officer. Main duties of the job
The purpose of this job role is to promote and support the delivery of the Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service (IHWS) by:
Delivering lifestyle behaviour change interventions to residents.
Leading targeted engagement and outreach activities to reduce health inequalities among Slough’s priority groups.
To actively participate in promotional events throughout Slough.
The successful candidate must have a clean driving licence and be prepared to travel around Slough.

- Working knowledge of the issues related to information governance.
- Working knowledge regarding safeguarding processes and policies.
