Job summary

The clinic operates Monday to Friday, with some late evenings and early finishes, covered by a rotating reception team.

Main duties of the job

Join our sexual health services team, where you’ll provide high-quality administrative and patient support. Key responsibilities include:

Booking and registering patients using IT systems.

Managing appointments, patient communication, and referrals.

Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Assisting with stock checks and basic housekeeping duties.

You must have excellent IT skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to discuss sensitive topics respectfully.
