Main duties of the job
Role Summary
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic HCA to work within our integrated sexual health service.
We are looking for someone who would enjoy working within the field of Sexual Health, Contraception and HIV-related care.
Candidates must possess a Level 2 NVQ or equivalent healthcare qualification and worked in a recognised healthcare setting. Candidates will also have an interest in working with a diverse client group of all ages, genders and nationalities.
Working within a healthcare discipline is essential.
Venepuncture is a key skill: training will be given for the right candidate.
Basic IT skills are essential.
Good English written and communication skills are essential.
Full training and support will be given.
This post is based mainly at 3 High Fishergate, Doncaster. The service will also have 4 part-time community clinics and has an Outreach Service provision.
