Solutions4Health is delighted to offer the position of Sexual Healthcare Receptionist in Herefordshire. This is a part-time role with a pro-rata salary of £16,640 based on a full-time equivalent of £24,960.

Solutions4Health is an innovative company with a passion and a track record for tackling health inequalities. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sexual Healthcare Support Worker/Receptionist to work as part of our dynamic Integrated Sexual Health Services team in Herefordshire.
To work within our sexual health services, you need to have an open-minded and non-judgemental attitude as well as a good sense of humour.
You should be able to cope with a demanding and busy role which has periods of business and times when things are more settled. You will have initiative to work on your own and be self-motivated and resilient. Having an interest in supporting people to access care is essential and you should have a positive attitude to making sure that patients have the best care experience when they access our services.
Due to the nature of our services, you will express empathy and show patients that you are respectful of their individual lifestyles and life choices. Understanding the importance of confidentiality is key and appreciating that people access our services for a variety of reasons.
We use IT systems to book and register our patients, we communicate using emails and social media so IT skills and experience using computer systems is essential.
The post is based in our sexual health clinic in the centre of Hereford, but you may on occasions be asked to provide reception duties at our outreach services across the county. Expected hours are 25 per week.
The Hereford Team are a small, friendly team working from a city centre clinic. There will be a requirement to work occasionally from other locations within the county.
