MAIN DUTIES
The specific accountabilities of this role will be flexible and will change to meet the needs of the organisation as required but will include (or be equivalent in nature to) those listed below:
Provide daily administrative support to the Gems project and Solutions 4 Diagnostics (when required)
Manage telephone and email enquiries from parents and professionals.
Recording contact, giving advice, support and signposting as appropriate.
Assist in promptly maintaining the tracking system, that monitors the individuals and family’s journey through the system including referrals into appropriate services.
Develop professional relationships with referred children, families, young people and adults, professionals, and partners.
Take responsibility for ensuring all assigned work is undertaken effectively; ensuring that recording and filing systems are promptly maintained in accordance with minimum standards.
Attend and help facilitate the social activity sessions.
Promotion of the service and attendance at stakeholder events
Maintain effective liaison with statutory and voluntary services, attending relevant meetings as necessary, to help ensure users receive coordinated help and support.
