Focused Care exists to support individuals whose complex circumstances cannot be resolved within the constraints of standard primary care consultations. Our mission is to reverse the inverse care law, ensuring the most vulnerable become the most visible. This administrator role underpins that mission by enabling our practitioners and leaders to deliver outstanding, equitable care.

We're seeking a highly organised, adaptable and values-driven individual to join our core office team. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the operational backbone of Focused Care, helping to deliver strategic and practical support to our Hub Leads, the board, and wider team.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate and maintain high professional standards and be able to communicate effectively, often serving as the first point of contact dealing with queries from the team, managers, and outside agencies.

You will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills creating, adapting, and maintaining systems, co-ordinating and minute taking of meetings across the organisation and offering operational support to the team. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office to maintain and analyse data systems to generate structured reports for internal and external stakeholders. The role will require individuals to be team-oriented with an ability to prioritise own workload to met deadlines.

Day to day you will work as part of the core office team and work closely alongside your line manager. Your line manger will meet with you regularly to offer guidance and direction and as an organisation we are keen to support our workers in ongoing professional development.

Focused Care runs a detailed induction programme so that you can understand the ethos, vision and values of the organisation and role, with ongoing training and appraisals throughout the year.
