Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic, skilled, and compassionate Ward Manager to join our senior leadership team at an exciting stage in the hospital’s development. As part of the local management team, you will play an integral role in shaping the ethos, culture, and future strategy of the hospital. You will oversee the clinical delivery of care, uphold outstanding care standards, and support staff in providing safe and therapeutic environments. Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities

Provide visible and effective leadership to the ward team

Ensure compliance with CQC standards, Mental Health Act, and clinical governance

Promote a culture of respect, kindness, and team collaboration

Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Manage staffing, provide supervision and professional development

Oversee patient admissions, care planning, and discharges
