The Hub Co-ordinator will provide dedicated administrative support for Delta PCN, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the PCN Hub.
The postholder will play a key role in managing and maintaining the Hub rota on EMIS, supporting Practice Managers across the five member practices, and carrying out associated administrative tasks.
This role is essential in ensuring efficient coordination, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication between the Hub and the practices.
The hours of work will be 15-20 hrs per week (5 days per week), permanent (subject to satisfactory probation).
Main duties of the job
- Maintain, organise, and update the PCN Hub rota using EMIS.
- Setting up new users and assigning smart card roles
- Liaise with Practice Managers across the five practices to coordinate staffing and scheduling requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the PCN Hub, ensuring records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with the smooth running of Hub operations by managing communication between practices and the Hub team.
- Monitor and resolve routine administrative queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data protection, and information governance standards at all times.
- Support the wider PCN administrative function as required.

Primary Care Networks (PCNs), supported by Dacorum Healthcare Providers Limited (DHPL), are developing new and exciting additional roles under the 2020 scheme, to support GPs and clinical teams at enhancing patient services in the local community.
