Main duties of the job

Meet Our Client

We are looking for kind and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a bright and joyful young girl on a 2:1 basis. She thrives on interaction and has a warm, playful personality, and is looking for a dedicated care team to plan and engage in a wide range of fun and meaningful activities with her.

She loves all things musical, especially when her team sings to her, as well as being pampered, going to school, spending time with friends, and getting out into the community with her mum and care team.

During day shifts, you will support her at school by helping her engage in learning and join activities with her classmates. You will also assist at home with her morningroutine and settling after school. Your role will include providing personal care,administering medication, and attending to her clinical needs, while building a close and trusting relationship with her.

During night shifts, you will closely monitor her, remaining attentive to her care needs and ensuring she is safe, comfortable, and fully supported throughout the night.

We are looking for someone patient, playful, and positive, with a genuine passion for helping children live full and enjoyable lives.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 3 months care experience
• Confident with medication administration
• Personal care & moving and handling experience
• Clear communication skills
