This role plays a key part in our organisation where you will be part of our operational team, working within the local office, as well as our service users homes.
You will take clinical ownership and manage a case load of service users creating bespoke care plans, tailored to meet their individual needs that you will continually review.
Working closely with our office consultants, you will lead on the delivery of training for our Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers. This training is tailored to the specific clinical needs of your service users and you'll ensure all staff are competent and confident in every aspect of their role.
The reviewing of clinical paper work and completion of MAR Charts is an essential requirement, as well as building great relationships with our service users and care staff, ensuring that our care teams are trained to deliver a compliant, high-quality, person-centred care service.
Therefore, were seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses who are proficient and competent in thedelivery of Tracheostomy Care and Ventilation Management.
Main duties of the job
It would be beneficial if you had knowledge and awareness of Spinal Injury care and working with service users / patients with Degenerative & or Neurological conditions.
In addition to this, youll be responsible for providing ongoing mandatory training and development to ensure our healthcare professionals are trained to national standards and up to date with the latest requirements and best practice guidance.
Its a specialist role that requires clinical expertise along with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads. Were looking for someone who shares our values and is as passionate about care as we are.
You will be based at your local Apollo Home Healthcare office in Peterborough, but some flexibility is required as you will be travelling to clients homes across the East & South East of England.

The salary for this role is up to £45,000, which is in line with an NHS Band 7 role.
