Main duties of the job

Meet Our Client

We are currently building a dedicated team to support a lady in her 40s in the Doncaster area on a 2:1 basis as she prepares to leave hospital and return home to her beloved husband and son.

Our goal is to help her transition safely back home and live life to the fullest, surrounded by the people who matter most.

This is a truly rewarding opportunity to be part of something meaningful from the very beginning.

Youll provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to her individual needs, supporting clinical interventions, assisting with daily routines, and encouraging independence wherever possible.

Most importantly, youll play a key role in helping her rebuild her life at home enjoying precious family time, creating new memories, and gradually getting back into the community.

For night shifts, youll offer attentive and compassionate support, ensuring her comfort and safety throughout the night. Youll remain observant and responsive to her needs, creating a calm and reassuring environment that promotes rest and wellbeing.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 3 months care experience
• Confident with medication administration
• Personal care & moving and handling experience
• Clear communication skills
