Job summary
Were seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join the care team of a sociable 40-year-old lady who is quadriplegic from a C1 spinal injury and fully ventilator-dependent. She lives with her loving parents who currently provide 24-hour care.
Your role will be to provide gentle, respectful support with personal care, respiratory management, suctioning, medication, mobility, pressure relief, and monitoring throughout the day.
She loves staying connected online and going out with her family. Maintaining her independence and close relationships means a lot to her.
For this position we offer localised training within Hereford.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Our client has requested females only to join their care team.
