Our service user is none verbal and communicates through a variety of methods such as facial expressions and body language. It is important you become familiar with her methods of communication to ensure her needs and wants are met. Patience and understanding are key qualities for this role.
Main duties of the job
Throughout the night you will be required to attend to her complex and clinical care needs, support with personal care, regular monitoring and offering comfort and reassurance when needed to promote a restful nights sleep.
We are looking for staff who are comfortable with pets as there are two cats within the property
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
We have the following shifts available.
- Part Time 2/3 shifts per week
- Waking Nights- 10:00pm-8:00am
- Ad hoc day shifts during school holidays
Take a look at our pay rates
Weeknights: £12.00 per hour (Approx. £120 per 10-hour shift)
Saturday: £12.50 per hour (Approx. £125 per 10-hour shift)
Sunday: £12.50 per hour (Approx. £125 per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £150 per 10-hour shift)
