Job summary

If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex clinical care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you!

We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Narborough who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling him to live as independently as possible in his family home.

Our service user is a male in his 20s who lives in Narborough in his family home, he requires support throughout the day on a 2:1 basis.

He is a film and music fanatic; he enjoys watching films on Netflix in particular comedies and loves listening to music which is easy on the ear.

When possible, he likes to get out and about going to museums, he especially loves car museums as cars are one of his favourite hobbies.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team

Main duties of the job

You will be required to assist with social activities as well as meeting his care needs, this could include personal care, mobility support and attending to his clinical care needs when required.

We have the following shifts available;

  • Full Time and Part Time
  • Days 8am-6pm
  • Alternate Saturday Nights 10pm-7am

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays : £12.00 per hour (£120 approx. per shift)

Weeknights : £12.50 per hour(£125 approx. per shift)

Saturday : £13.00 per hour(£130 approx. per shift)

Sunday : £13.50 per hour (£135 approx. per shift)

Bank Holiday : £16.00 per hour(£160 approx. per shift)
