We have recently gained a new package of care bringing many fresh and exciting opportunities to join our team in Kettering. We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one care for our service user.
Building trust and providing emotional support is a big part of this role. You will be a compassionate listener, lending an empathetic ear offering encouragement and positivity when needed for his family.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Main duties of the job
We urgently need to recruit an experienced team to enable him to go home to his loving family, as he is currently awaiting discharge
When at home he will require support during the night on a 1:1 basis.
Hes a little cutie, who can be cheeky and loves attention. He loves to make loud noises and play with his family and care team.
His likes are typical for a baby, listening to music and nursery rhymes, playing with sensory toys, and listening to sounds and looking at colours.
We have the following shifts available;
- Full Time / Part Time
- Nights
- 9pm 7am
Take a look at our payrates
Weeknights £12.00 per hour (£120 approx. per 10 shift)
Weekends £12.50 per hour (£125 approx. per 10 shift)
Bank Holiday £15.00 per hour (£150 approx. per 10 shift)
