Job summary
We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Solihull, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
Our service user is an 11-year-old boy who lives at home in Solihull with his loving family and their 2 pet cats.
At home he enjoys watching movies, playing Fortnite, being outside on his trampoline and loves to play anything sporty especially football!

Our ideal candidate will show Patience, empathy, and the ability to provide emotional support. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Main duties of the job
Your role will consist of assisting the young boy with activities of daily living, such as personal care, dressing, and attending to his clinical needs.
Providing emotional support, companionship, and engage in activities to enhance social interaction and his mental well-being.
Throughout the day you will support him within his educational setting, observing, attending to his clinical needs, and engaging with his learning and development which he really enjoys participating in as he loves going to school.
We have the following shifts available;
- Part Time Days
- Monday Friday
- 8am-4pm

Weekdays: £12.00 per hour (£96 approx. per 8-hour shift)
