We have recently gained a new package of care bringing many fresh and exciting opportunities to join our new team in Telford.

We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants in Telford, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in her home.

Our service user is a lady in her 50s who lives in Broseley, a rural area near Telford. She requires support throughout the night on a 1:1 basis.

As her dedicated healthcare assistant, you will support with her rehabilitation by gentle encouragement, positive promotion and working closely with physios to understand her regime.

You will also be required to assist with her care needs, this could include personal care, mobility support and attending to her clinical care needs when required.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for staff with positive attitudes and excellent communication skills, who are comfortable around pets as there will be a dog and a cat in the property.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team

We have the following shifts available;

• Full Time Nights (3 Shifts per week)
• 8pm - 8am

*Please note there is potential for more per annum earnings if you pick up more shifts

Weeknights : £14.50 per hour (£174.00 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Saturday : £15.00 per hour (£180.00 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Sunday : £15.00 per hour (£180.00 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Bank Holiday : £16.00 per hour (£192 approx. per 12 hour shift)
