We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants in West Bromwich who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Meet our service user

Our service user is a 6-year-old boy who lives with his family in West Bromwich. He requires support throughout the day with his complex care needs on a 1:1 basis.

He thoroughly enjoys exploring various sensory experiences and messy play exploring with sand, mud, foam, paint, light up and musical toys.

Main duties of the job

During term time, your role will be to support him with his morning routine and accompanying him to his educational setting. You will assist him with his personal care, moving and handling, making close clinical observations and attending to his care needs when required.

You will assist him by engaging in his learning and development through play and support with engagement and social interaction with his peers.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available;

• Full Time & Part Time Days
• 8:00am 4:00pm
• 2-3 Shifts Per Week
• Term Time Only

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£104 approx. per 8-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £16.00 per hour (£128 approx. per 8-hour shift)
