We are looking for an experienced and committed Registered Nurse that holds key skills and expertise in clinical care, to support a teenage boy in Northampton. You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.

Meet our service user

Our service user is a young boy in his early teens who lives with his loving family in Northampton, he requires a dedicated team to support him with his complex care needs on a 1:1 basis.

He has a great sense of humour and is looking for someone fun with a similar personality to join his team. He enjoys activities such as going to the park, walking the dog, playing Xbox and also watching TV, some of his favourite things to watch are football, The Great British Bake Off and Gordon Ramseys Kitchen Nightmares.

You will also be an expert in his care, tending to his personal care and clinical care needs throughout the night, whilst also promoting a restful nights sleep.

This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service users, really making an impact on their day-to-day lives.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Essential Experience Required

* Practicing Registered Nurse with current NMC Pin for at least 12 Months

* TPN and IV Experience

* Suprapubic Catheter Care

* Ventilation via PEG

It would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working with children, however this is not essential to be successful in this role.

We have the following shifts available;

* Part Time Nights

* 9pm - 7am

* 20 hours per week

We offer a competitive pay rate of £35 per hour for this position (approx. £350 per shift based on a 10 hour shift)
