Role Description Autism Support Worker
Gray Healthcare are recruiting a new team of mental health support workers within the Wavertree area of Liverpool to support a gentleman in his 30's who has a diagnosis autism and Learning Disabilities who be living independently in his own home receiving 2:1 support 24 hours a day.
Main duties of the job
The gentleman we will be supporting has a good sense of humour, enjoys outdoor walks and spending time with his family. He will be supported by a mixed gender team on mixed shifts of days and waking nights. We are recruitingdrivers onlyfor this role as the individual we support will have a mobility vehicle to access the community.
