We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team. This is a key role supporting financial processes across hospital, central, and care home services.
You will contribute to accurate financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and data analysis to support decision-making and service improvement.

Main duties of the job
Assist with month-end processes, including journals and reconciliations
Support Income & Expenditure and Balance Sheet reviews
Perform bank reconciliations and control account checks
Analyse financial data and produce reports for stakeholders
Work with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to improve reporting
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Monitor financial performance and highlight risks or variances
Support process improvements across finance systems
Ensure accuracy of debtor, creditor, and income reconciliations
