Job summary

Working for Spencer Private Hospitals in the physiotherapy team is a rewarding and stimulating role. The successful candidate will benefit from an enhanced salary which will attract out of hours additional payments at 30% and 60% according to the shifts worked.

The post holder is responsible for working with our patients to ensure that they are optimised pre and post operatively so that their recovery is swift and allows for appropriate discharge in an optimised state.

The challenges are significant working across boundaries so the post holder needs to be resilient and possess excellent communication skills.

Main duties of the job

Administration of patient care which includes

Assisting patients with all aspects of physiotherapy need

Assisting with mobilisation and repositioning

Referral to agency partners as required

Working within the MDT
