This is an
exciting opportunity for someone wanting to move into a management role in a
health care setting. Working within primary care is a rewarding role and within

We
are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high quality patient
focused services. This post will support Service Managers in the day to day
running of clinical services. You will work with Clinical Lead and partner
organisations to ensure a positive patient journey. In this role you will be
dealing with operational queries, helping to gather information for Key
Performance Indicators and deal with patient queries. This is a development
role and provides opportunity for growth. when is necessary for the
Confederation Services.

providers in Hillingdon to deliver high quality clinical services to

patients by working collaboratively across primary care and our partners as

Job responsibilities
- Coordinating
services clinical rotas for various Confederation services, ensuring adequate
service provision and employment / CQC recruitments are met.

development of Standard Operating Procedures.

To work
closely with allocated services staff in the coordination of training,
development and recruitment activity across the Confederation services.

To provide
management supervision to identified staff, undertaking appraisals, recruitment
including progressing any disciplinary or capability issues, as necessary.

Promote a
positive image of the Confederation Services both externally and internally.

Assist with
the production of accurate information for Confederation, on Confederation and
CCG websites as requested.

Participate in
the induction and training of new members of staff and contribute to the
Confederation development.

Participate in
wider meetings representing the service you are assigned.
- Foster
and maintain strong links with all services across the PCN and neighbouring networks.

the potential for collaborative working and takes opportunities to initiate and
sustain such relationships.
