Job summary
We will work alongside the successful candidate to ensure they are sufficiently inducted and trained; there will be regular constructive supervision in place. It is important to us that you feel safe and supported in the role.
Main duties of the job
The Community Care Services Operations Lead will report to the Operations Director and will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Community portfolio. Youll have a strategic focus, looking for opportunities to develop our services and our workforce, whilst supporting managers, clinicians and our teams.
Youll be driving service improvements and ensuring that the teams are on board with the direction.
A significant part of the role will involve supporting and listening to our workforce in order to help embed our people not process culture.
Youll be liaising with our contractors and key stakeholders

We also deliver a portfolio of NHS services across Suffolk and North East Essex, including Podiatry, Ultrasound, Diabetes, as well as Urgent Care Services including the Out of Hours face-to-face Service in Suffolk.
