Job summary
We will make sure you are fully inducted and trained; there will be regular constructive supervision in place. Its important to us that you feel safe and supported in your clinical decision making.
- You need to have the Nursing Associate Foundation Degree
- Youd be suited to this role if you have experience in working within a primary or community care setting
- Youll need experience of caring for patients with bladder, bowel and continence issues
- IT skills are important, youll need to be able to use our clinical system (with training)
- Its important that you can work well as part of a team, being supportive of each other, as well as independently
- Due to the nature of the work, youll need access to regular transport in order to travel around the county.
Main duties of the job
Deliver specialist assessments and tailored treatment plans that put patients at the heart of their care.
Work closely with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and joined-up support.
Drive innovation and service improvements through evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
