Place of work: Unity Healthcare, Haverhill

Job Purpose

The successful post holder will work as part of the wider clinical team at Unity Healthcare which includes

o GPs

o Pharmacists

o Practice Paramedics

o Physiotherapists

o Physician associates

They will be involved in a variety of clinical work, and will work closely with the Clinical Lead to support with overseeing the clinical workforce.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

To undertake all duties and reasonabilitys associated with a GP working within primary care, including a full range of medical services.

To work closely with the GP Clinical Lead and support with providing clinical leadership in their absence.

To actively participate in the development of the practice for example taking a lead on specific aspects of its clinical development or working with other practices in the locality.

To actively be involved in supporting the clinical workforce, and providing mentoring where necessary.

To be aware of other opportunities to become involved with other areas of the Federation services such as Urgent Care.
