- You will have recent proven experience of leading and managing a small operation team.
- You will have worked with RotaMaster previously, and will have ideally had exposure to SystmOne however training on this system can be provided.
- If youd had previous experience of working in healthcare as a team leader or manager, this would be an advantage to your application.
Contract type:
This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours a week across Monday Sunday.
Main duties of the job
Operations Manager (Rota)
We are looking for a Operations Manager to lead and manage our Rota team within our urgent care service.
What is the role?
- Youll work closely and collaboratively with the head of urgent care, the service managers, and the operations managers.
- Youll provide positive leadership to the current rota team, along with direct support, supervision and regular 121s.
- Youll oversee and lead in the rostering of clinical and operational staff in accordance with designed rotas.
Youll join our Urgent Care service which includes Out of Hours, ED Streaming and GP+ which is delivered by Suffolk GP Federation, a not-for-profit, community interest company.
