Job summary
This is an exciting time to join the Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care System. As a senior leader in our Strategy and Delivery team, this pivotal Associate Director role will focus on the mental health, learning disability and autism and children's commissioning.
We are looking for a passionate individual who wants to make a real difference in these areas. The post holder will need to have experience of developing strategies, plans and leading change programmes across organisations along with the understanding to bring key stakeholders together to work on solutions.

Main duties of the job
- They will be responsible for strategic planning, procurement and performance management for all aspects of mental health, learning disabilities and dementia commissioning and the health/clinical aspects of the children's agenda
- They will work with the local authorities, to ensure delivery of all national and local targets and compliance with all national guidance.
- Ensure that the ICB meet NHS England's Mental Health Investment Standard to improve access to mental health services;
- On behalf of the ICB, leading the modernisation, redesigning and commissioning of a range of community based services to meet the needs of the local population, based on the joint strategic needs assessment, national guidance and joint strategic plans;
