Job summary
The post holder will support in the financial management and reporting of ICB budgets. The post holder plays an important role within the finance directorate and in the interface between the finance directorate and the rest of the organisation. They will assist on the operational work across the directorate; and ensure plans are in place and delivered to achieve the strategy; underpinned by the delivery of short to medium term objectives.
Main duties of the job
oThe post holder will support the Heads of the Directorate to deliver effective financial management within the designated areas within the ICBoWork with other teams across the Directorate to assist in the consistency of planning, ledger input and reporting to ensure information is properly managedoSupport and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring, implementation and evaluation of the tasks/projects by providing high quality support including complex information and analysis, communications and stakeholder managementoBe a key member of the team as well as supporting effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally
The post holder will deputise for the Senior Finance Officer and Finance Manager. The post holder may need to deputise for other members of the finance team as required.
