Job summary
Oversight of all activities and UEC programmes that relate to the system wide Urgent Care and Flow Delivery Group. Ensuring that there is consistent reporting across the ICB for UEC.
Line management of UEC Support Officers and the UEC administration team, responsible for day-to-day work assigned to UEC activities.
The oversight of performance and planning requirements in UEC across the system.
This role will be office based minimum of 3 days per week
Main duties of the job
The role is a key leadership role responsible for the oversight and day to day management of all elements of UEC providing support to the UEC team. The responsibilities include elements of programme management, day to day oversight of the administration and support team and to include diary management and oversight.

BSW ICB have adopted agile working so this means the successful applicant will predominately be working from home but may be requested to work in any one of the ICB's office bases across BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire. You will also have a contractual base within the BSW ICB office where your team is based.
