Main duties of the job
The postholder will work alongside the Integrated Commissioning lead and Senior IntegratedCommissioning Manager to facilitate the development, delivery and oversight of the totality of thestatutory commissioning function in line with the ICB Operating Model. The postholder will also berequired to work collaboratively across directorates within the ICB, specifically with Planning,Performance and BI, Contracting, Finance, Strategy and Development, Quality, Primary Care,Digital, Workforce, Medicines Optimisation and Service Improvement to ensure that theCommissioning Cycle is embedded across the organisation.

- Internal ICB staff including managers, colleagues, and senior management as appropriate.

- Responsible for all monthly and quarterly returns of the BCF ensuring coordination and sign off byresponsible officers.
- Responsible for writing required reports to the relevant Health and Wellbeing Board, Place Boards,Health Overview and Scrutiny Committees and ICS Committees ensuring sign off by responsibleofficers.
- Responsible for the collation of papers and items for the BCF Boards and IntegratedCommissioning Group.
- To provide a facilitation and support role to Integrated Commissioning events and sessionsincluding taking actions notes and providing programme support.
- Good programme support and organisational skills.
- Good analytical skills across health and social care.
- Knowledge of Local Authority and Health commissioning and understanding of the differences.
- Ability to work in an integrated way across health and social care including recognition of the role ofcoproduction with residents and service users.
- Solid relationship building skills and ability to work closely with Place and Provider Collaborativesand the Strategy and Development Team.
