Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and
detail-driven newly qualified (or awaiting registration) social work professional to join our MCA,
CoPDoL & Complex Health Team, supporting the delivery of high-quality,
legally robust applications to the Court of Protection. Under the guidance of
the Team Lead, you will ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant with
the Mental Capacity Act (MCA), and informed by current case law. Youll carry
out thorough capacity assessments, provide clear and well-reasoned documentation,
and support best-interest decisions with sound professional analysis.
This role calls for
flexibility, excellent organisation and the ability to meet deadlines while
maintaining high standards. You will act as a professional point of contact for
individuals , families, legal representatives,
providers and health and social care colleagues, ensuring communications
are accurate. Youll also support reporting requirements for CoPDoLS and
contribute to the evolving needs of the service, with opportunities to develop
your skills within a dynamic and supportive team.
