Gloucestershire
ICB have an exciting opportunity for a support role in our Emergency
Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) Team. The team works
collaboratively across the Integrated Care System to ensure preparedness,
response and resilient planning in line with statutory guidance, alongside
business continuity arrangements for the ICB and our commissioned provider
organisations to keep our patients and residents safe. We have a very close
relationship with our Multi-Agency stakeholders where we perform a significant
role within the Local Resilience Forum (LRF).
Main duties of the job
To
provide administrative support to EPRR staff in respect of Integrated Care
Board (ICB), Integrated Care System (ICS), Local Health Resilience Partnership
(LHRP) and Local Resilience Form (LRF) functions
To
provide pro-active management of the joint EPRR email folders, responding where
appropriate and within your remit on behalf of the Senior EPRR Manager and EPRR
Manager and highlighting those that need immediate attention.
To
support the ICS Training Officer role in the preparation of training materials
to enhance the training function.
To
be responsible for managing correspondence and documentation.
To
be responsible for the co-ordination of meetings, including drafting agendas,
collating and proof-reading reports, preparing presentations and preparing
records of meetings.
To
provide effective communications and relationships with internal and external
contacts, ensuring that messages are received and distributed from/to relevant
parties in a timely maner.
We are looking for a enthusiastic person looking with a can
do attitude and a flexible approach for the varied role in the world of
Emergency Planning Resilience and Response, this will give you experience in a
wide EPRR areas such as multiagency meetings, training and exercises.

- In-depth experience providing support to an energetic and dynamic team within a Multi Agency working environment.
- Previous extensive experience providing administrative support.
- In-depth experience in providing business meeting notes and actions, primarily through MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of office procedures.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and compare complex situation with a range of factors / options.
- Ability to write and implement new policies and reports.
- Ability to write formal letters and correspondence.
Qualifications

- Business or administration relevant degree or demonstrable equivalent experience gained through work based practice and development. Plus further training and experience to post graduate level and knowledge of business case procedures, range of computerised software, managerial knowledge and project monitoring.
- IT Microsoft Office Qualifications or work based experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Desirable
- RSA Stage III or 60wpm typing speed.
- Audio Typing.
