We are committed to developing all staff to their full potential and this post will come with opportunities for personal development tailored to the individual.

Our team has extensive experience from across the NHS, and the formation of the ICB brings closer working across different organisations in Gloucestershire. You will be supported throughout your career, developing your understanding of the health system.

Through your colleagues and managers, you will have access to a range of technical skills and understanding from which you can grow your own skill set and knowledge base.
