Job summary
The Continuing Healthcare Team are looking for a Systems Support Administrator to provide effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to the Continuing Healthcare Team.
Main duties of the job
There will be an expectation for the post holder to be highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled with excellent organisational skills. The post holder will need to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes and data quality.
The post holder will be expected to provide accurate and effective communications within and outside of the CHC service, dealing professionally and discreetly with enquiries from patients, relatives, carers, legal representatives, health and adult social care professional colleagues and other organisations and be able to lead a small team.
