Gloucestershire
ICB have an exciting opportunity for a support role in our Emergency
Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) Team. The team works
collaboratively across the Integrated Care System to ensure preparedness,
response and resilient planning in line with statutory guidance, alongside
business continuity arrangements for the ICB and our commissioned provider
organisations to keep our patients and residents safe. We have a very close
relationship with our Multi-Agency stakeholders where we perform a significant
role within the Local Resilience Forum (LRF).
Main duties of the job
To
provide administrative support to EPRR staff in respect of Integrated Care
Board (ICB), Integrated Care System (ICS), Local Health Resilience Partnership
(LHRP) and Local Resilience Form (LRF) functions
To
provide pro-active management of the joint EPRR email folders, responding where
appropriate and within your remit on behalf of the Senior EPRR Manager and EPRR
Manager and highlighting those that need immediate attention.
To
support the ICS Training Officer role in the preparation of training materials
to enhance the training function.
To
be responsible for managing correspondence and documentation.
To
be responsible for the co-ordination of meetings, including drafting agendas,
collating and proof-reading reports, preparing presentations and preparing
records of meetings.
To
provide effective communications and relationships with internal and external
contacts, ensuring that messages are received and distributed from/to relevant
parties in a timely maner.
We are looking for a enthusiastic person looking with a can
do attitude and a flexible approach for the varied role in the world of
Emergency Planning Resilience and Response, this will give you experience in a
wide EPRR areas such as multiagency meetings, training and exercises.
