Job summary
Are you a strategic leader, with a strong understanding of NHS operating plan development, co-ordinating system responses to operational pressures (OPEL framework) and emergency planning?
If so, we would love the opportunity to meet you and discuss the role in the performance and planning team at NHS North West London.
It is a great time to be joining NW London as we look to develop and embed a system approach to operational planning and responses to operational pressures and incidents. Your expertise in these areas will place you at the heart of the team looking to drive forward this approach alongside the Associate Director of Performance and Planning and the Chief Finance Officer.
Main duties of the job
You will have exposure to a range of key strategic initiatives and be expected to provide leadership to create the conditions where team members can deliver these responsibilities effectively.

NHS North West London Integrated Care Board (NHS NWL ICB) is a statutory body responsible for planning and allocating health and care resources to improve the lives of people in eight boroughs across North West London: Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.
