Job summary
The North West London ICB is looking to establish a clinical effectiveness programme which will embed a systematic approach to quality improvement across North West London (NWL), to help to improve health outcomes for local residents across the entire Integrated Care System (ICS). Reporting to the Senior Information Manager for the North West London (NWL) Clinical Effectiveness (CE) Programme and to the Head of Analytics, and working closely with CE Clinical leads, the post holder will be responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of the clinical effectiveness programme's data reporting function.
Main duties of the job
The overarching objectives for delivering accessible and robust data and information, are to support:1) prioritisation and stratifying quality improvement support to primary care2) engagement and empowerment of practices and their PCN representatives to deliver high quality care3) evaluation and on-going improvement of the clinical effectiveness programme4) The operating model will be underpinned by local and NWL-level clinical leadership while allowing for local ownership and shared economies of scale; working flexibly to deliver ICS and local priorities.
The main purpose of the Senior Information Analyst is to lead the implementation of advanced information management systems and advanced data analytics, methodologies for actionable insights, fostering a data-driven culture among the team. The post holder will have to develop quality outputs and support data improvement programmes.
We are looking for someone with hands-on skills that has experience of working with clinicians and providing clinical and transformation analytics which can help improve patient pathways through quality improvement approaches.
