motivated individuals to join our team working across mental health providers
including health, social care and the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social
Enterprise sector.

You Will:
Build and develop relationships with NHSE, neighbouring
ICBs, key statutory and other stakeholders and partners within the Suffolk and
North East Essex footprint (including Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust
(NSFT) and Essex Partnership University Trust (EPUT).
Be responsible for a local geographic patch and build
relationships with our three at place Alliances- namely North East Essex,
Ipswich and East Suffolk and West Suffolk.
Please note, due to the ongoing cost reduction programme and restructure underway at SNEE ICB (due to end in Summer 2024), prior consideration for this role may be given to existing staff who are affected by this programme and this role may be removed from the recruitment process at any time.
Main duties of the job
The Senior Transformation Lead is a role which is pivotal in
supporting the development and delivery of transformation, modernisation, and
design within Mental Health services across SNEE.
Lead and facilitate the development of the redesign plans to
provide flexible, targeted delivery support to clinical leads and managers. The post holder will provide strategic and
professional commissioning advice to help develop and deliver plans which align
to the overall strategic priorities of the ICB and Mental Health Collaboratives.
Review and provide constructive challenge and
support to managers and clinicians in the development of sustainable plans and
be able to influence senior colleagues.
