Job summary

CYP Transformation Project Manager (Band 7) 6 month fixed term / secondment opportunity until March 2024.

An opportunity has arisen to take on an exciting role within our SNEE ICB CYP Transformation Team. We are looking for an exceptional candidate that has the passion and commitment to join the team and support the delivery of our vision across the system focusing and supporting a number of assigned projects in Suffolk.

In order to deliver this vision and fulfil values we need a workforce who will directly contribute to the CYP System, who will lead by example, listen and be resilient and confident whilst striving to improve the services for the population of Suffolk.

The role is pivotal to supporting the project management and development of commissioning services relating to neurodevelopmental services for in East and West Suffolk. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, who are solution focussed and can drive forward with implementing plans. They will work with partners and providers to ensure a dynamic and responsive health economy.

Main duties of the job

To actively contribute to the delivery of the CYP Transformation programme of work.

Support the ICS vision and objectives including delivery of the NHS ten year plan, supporting the SEND plans and strategies, ensuring that the CYP services complements other service improvement initiatives.

To adopt a flexible approach working of the transformation team in order to deliver projects across all the transformation portfolios and capture associated interdependencies.

To undertake any other duties or ad hoc projects of work that may occur in the team.x

Facilitate and support integrated working with health and the County Councils of Suffolk and Essex engaging key project members in mobilisation.

To use engagement and communication skills to ensure effective transformation with stakeholders, including children, young people and their families.

Drafting reports summarising status on issues, appraising outcomes, and providing progress reports for the Transformation Lead

Collate as required, a range of information and lead appropriate analysis to develop robust business cases and contribute to project products.

Analyse, interpret and present data to highlight issues, risks and support decision making.
