We currently have a vacancy within our service and are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our supportive and dynamic team.
The role involves the provision of comprehensive, accurate and responsive administrative support to the Complex Cases Team. This is to include handling confidential and sensitive information, using computerised information systems, word-processing, and the requirement of the post holder to assist other team members as required in their day-to-day duties.
This role regularly involves providing support and guidance to both our clients, their families, and external professionals, in order to achieve the best outcomes. The team is responsible for upholding the guidance provided by the National Framework for NHS Continuing Health and NHS-funded Nursing Care (Revised 2022)

Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is willing to join a fast-paced team, have good communication skills, be able to work autonomously and who has a willingness to learn.
NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) is the name given to a package of care that is arranged and funded solely by the NHS for individuals who have complex ongoing healthcare needs.
The Complex Cases Team is responsible for the decision making and commissioning processes, working closely with the Local Authorities throughout Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
This is a role for someone who is invested in supporting others to improve their health outcomes and quality of life. We are an innovative team who likes to use new ideas to continually improve practice and work in partnership with other agencies to achieve this.

NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough is an Integrated Care Board (ICB) and the statutory NHS organisation responsible for planning and delivering local health and care services to the population and communities of Cambridgeshire & Peterborough.
Working collaboratively with partner organisations, including the VCSE sector, it oversees the commissioning, performance, financial management and transformation of the local NHS, as part of Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS).
