Job summary

We are looking for an Associate Data Analyst to help bring population health insight to life in ways that directly support better care and improved wellbeing for our local population. Working within the User Support and Empowerment function, you will play a hands-on role in creating clear, engaging and accessible analytical products that help colleagues understand what the data is saying and act on it confidently.

Main duties of the job

You will support with the development of dashboards, infographics and multimedia content that make population health trends easier to interpret, using SQL and visual tools to turn complex data into meaningful, actionable insight. Alongside this, you will support demonstrations, workshops and training, enabling clinical, operational and commissioning teams to use analytics effectively in everyday practice.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand needs, troubleshoot issues and contribute creative ideas to improve how insight is communicated.

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, training, or user support.

  • Technical experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL.
  • Experience in the NHS or public sector.
